These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of windowtechnologiesinc.com (the “Site”), operated by Window Technologies Inc. (“Window Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its security
  • Upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code

Estimates and Services

Information on the Site is for general purposes only. Requesting an estimate does not create a contract or obligate either party. All work is performed only under a separate written contract, including any contract required by Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 142A for residential home improvement work. That contract governs the scope, price, schedule, and warranty for your project and controls over anything stated on the Site. Prices, products, availability, and promotions may change without notice.

Financing

Financing is offered through Synchrony and is subject to credit approval. Financing terms are set by Synchrony, not by Window Technologies. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions.

Intellectual Property

The content of the Site, including text, photographs, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Window Technologies and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Manufacturer names and logos shown on the Site, including Andersen, Pella, Marvin, Harvey, Matthews Brothers, and ProVia, are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to websites we do not control, such as our financing partner and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. This section does not affect any warranty provided in your written contract or by a product manufacturer.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Window Technologies and its owners and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Worcester County, Massachusetts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
